Sign up with your email, verify your address, then install the Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store. Once installed, open any conversation on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Discord, or Gmail and the Ezly panel appears automatically. Create your first persona in the webapp under Personas. Set a name, communication style, role, and optionally upload knowledge base documents. Everything you configure in the webapp is available instantly in the extension.

Update your name, email, or password in Settings → Profile. Manage your subscription, view invoices, or cancel in Settings → Subscription. If you cancel, access continues until the end of your current billing period. To reset a forgotten password, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page.

Personas: create and edit under Personas in the webapp. Each persona can have a communication style, professional role, knowledge base documents, and guardrail rules (always mention / never say). Quick replies: manage under Quick Replies in the webapp. Tag them for easy filtering. Access them inside the extension reply panel. Custom tones: go beyond the four built-ins (Casual, Friendly, Authoritative, Professional) by creating named tone profiles in the chat settings. Proposals: use the Proposal Generator in the webapp. It scrapes the job post and researches the client live before generating.

Extension not showing? Refresh the page and confirm you're on a supported platform. Make sure the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions. Replies don't sound like you? Add more detail to your persona's communication style and upload example messages to the knowledge base. Can't log in? Try clearing your browser cache or use the Forgot password link. Still stuck?
